Pastoral Musings

Exhale. When I do it at home, Jayme usually asks, “What’s that about?” A guttural exhale can come after something intensive. In my case, a Holy Week exhale proved to be in order. I’ve also learned that a deep breath is a brain reset. It’s good for us.

Perhaps your life finds “so much” going on that it’s overwhelming. Perhaps a walk, deep breath, and an exhale could do the trick in reminding you that God might be inviting you to reset.

Where do you need to reset in your life today?

You are loved.
